If you want to stay in an area less crowded with tourists, this is your spot. We stayed late September and loved it! Staff were lovely, helpful. Room was comfortable. Very decorated for fall; would love to see what they do for Christmas!

We stayed at Union Bluff for a couple nights in October as a little get-away. We had a corner room with lots of windows looking out on the ocean and beach across the street. I could see the waves breaking while I laid on the bed. The bed was extremely comfortable. They put lots of toiletries in the bathroom. There is a small refrigerator with lots of room (not a mini-bar type refrigerator). This room had a very large porch with a pair of comfortable chairs. We weren't able to try the restaurant in the hotel because it was only open three or four days a week during the off-season. We weren't there on a day it was open, so we missed out on that. We did eat at the pub, however. It was really quite good. The servers were wonderful - as was the hotel staff. We will definitely stay there again when we next need a little get-away.

Stayed here this past weekend- a random off-season weekend and…in my opinion, this is the way to do York. If you come in the winter, just know everything is basically closed, and you’ll quickly realize how the locals actually live...which is kind of the best part. It forces you to explore beyond the obvious and find the real spots. The hotel itself was great. The staff was super friendly, the rooms were clean, updated, and actually comfortable (which is not always a given). The bed? 10/10...no notes. Location is perfect if you’re like me and don’t sit still...we bounced around to Wells, Kennebunk, Ogunquit, and Kittery with no problem. The best part? Waking up surrounded by water and then getting hit with a full-on snowstorm over the beach Sunday morning… unreal. One of those moments you can’t plan and wouldn’t get during peak season. Overall, it was an amazing stay, amazing views, and I'm honestly glad I experienced York this way instead of the crowded summer version.

Always enjoy our stays for 1 night or 3. The small essentials ($10 credit, tooth & toothpaste, slippers & robes and others) are a nice complement to overall wonderful stay. Employees are always great too.

I was impressed with the great level of service from check in, to dinner and breakfast to check out. My room and bathroom were spotless and was impressed with bathroom amenities though I didn’t need any. In room coffee was just ok coming from a coffee snob. All in all great stay!

Our stay was amazing. Room was very comfortable! We tried to upgrade our room to an ocean view but were told that it wasnt an option despite the fact that there were indeed available rooms.

Unfortunately we were not notified that the restaurant would be closed all day and night until we arrived. Luckily I had pre ordered a snack basket to be delivered to the room prior to arrival. There was a storm that day and nothing was available for delivery. This is a great location to watch the big waves on a stormy day. We were able to borrow games from the Lobby to stay entertained and I was able to purchase a bottle of wine

We had a wonderful stay at your property. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was just right, and the beds were comfortable. And that view! Wow! A special shout out to Yolanda and Tonya. They went the extra mile in different ways to make our stay special.
